5:30am M-F: Bad Ass Breakfast Club
A complete fitness program that uses cutting edge techniques to improve all aspects of fitness. Progressive workouts that use weight and complexity to keep you from plateauing or becoming bored with your routine, you will develop a firm foundation in strength, flexibility, mobility, agility, and cardiovascular health. This class uses a seasonal indoor/outdoor periodization system, and the session is capped at 6 participants.
$200 for first month(includes 6 sessions of 1:1 instruction); $150/mo after

Drop the kids off, and get over here. Beginner friendly, suitable for all levels, we focus on strengthening your foundation. This class is Pilates Strength/HIIT with a built in support system to help you be the best version of yourself.
5:30pm Tu: SpeedWork
A lovely blend of track, field, and hill based speed training, along with guidance on running form, training techniques, as requested

6:30pm M, W, Th: Boot Camp
It's Boot Camp by name only. No more yelling, bands, light dumbbells , whistles, or samey same workouts that defined the genre around the turn of the century. Using a small group personal training approach, as well as the latest tools and techniques, we facilitate a fun, challenging series that meets you where you need to be met, and takes you where you want to go.
TACFIT: 1x/week 1:1 plus full support and program plan
After many requests for 1 day/week Personal Training, we've adopted a system that allows those who want 1:1 training on a budget to visit us weekly to learn the movements they'll need for their weekly workouts, and receive tools to help them succeed.
TACFIT was created by world renowned coach Scott Sonnon to meet the demands of the tactical athlete. This system works for the public as well, as the stress of work, kids, and life can make traditional training seem out of reach. We are proud to offer this 6 month progressive problem to our members as a solution to this common dilemma. There are four levels to each movement, so all abilities are welcome to begin.
Michael was the first North Texan certified by Coach Sonnon in this system.
